Andrew Merrill is a photographer and geographer whose photography and research broadly examine space and place as it relates to contemporary social and political phenomena, particularly around urbanism, late capitalism, and war/militarism.
He was awarded his B.A. Magna cum Laude in Anthropology from American University in 2009 and his MSc in Digital Anthropology with Distinction from University College London in 2011. Currently, he is a PhD student in the Department of Geography at the University of Toronto.
